Thermoelectric Heating & Cooling Unit for PCR Plates

INHECO's thermoelectric heating and cooling unit for sample plates is a ready to install peltier device which can be used for laboratory and analytical equipment applications in a storage position or for lab process purposes. The basic concept allows heating and cooling of 96 and 384 microtiter plates with one single unit by means of effective contact cooling. Microtiter plates are contacting directly an adapted aluminium plate, the removable plate. The connection between the required removable plate (96 or 384 sample plate) and the heating and cooling unit is realised by a removable frame. This unit consists of the cold plate, a thermoelectric heat pump (peltier element), a temperature sensor and a heat sink / fan device. Four screws affiliate the unit to the production plate. In order to obtain the maximum possible temperature difference neither condensation nor frosting up should occur when operating in cooling mode. The basic version is ready to install and compact. An adapted electronic controller with or without power supply are additionally available. We shall also be glad to help you with the adaptation to existing systems.

It is also suitable as a building set for all kind of cooling or heating applications in the markets biotechnology, medical and food technology. This unit consists of the cold plate, a thermoelectric heat pump (peltier element), a temperature sensor and a heat sink / fan device.
