Guidlines for a smooth process of handling your returns.

INHECO’s RMA process needs to be followed to initiate the return procedure.

Maintenance requirements are mentioned in the respective manual.

For a replacement unit during maintenance at INHECO please contact our techhotline and follow RMA Policy & Guidelines.

⊕ Return of defective devices

Please complete and sign the following document and Email it to Techhotline@inheco.com

The signed RMA document including given INHECO RMA number must be attached to the outside of your return package.

Otherwise your package will not be opened at INHECO.

You will receive our RMA number upon our receipt of your completed forms.

It is important that you read our rules & procedures in our RMA Policy and Guidelines

⊕ Transportation Lock: Mandatory for Incubator Shaker

The transportation lock is needed for Incubator Shaker MP and Incubator Shaker DWP transports to avoid damage to the shaker mount.


Never return without the transportation lock as repair costs for damages due to missing or wrong assembled transportation lock are more than 1000€.

For correct assembling visit:

Please fill in questionaire and follow instructions "return of defective devices"

⊕ Return of IMP for re-calibration

Please send an order for the kind of calibration you need and follow instructions "return of defective devices".
