Guidelines for a smooth process of handling your returns.

INHECO’s RMA process needs to be followed to initiate the return procedure.

⊕ Maintenance

Maintenance requirements are mentioned in the respective manual.

For a replacement unit during maintenance at INHECO please contact our techhotline and follow RMA Policy & Guidelines.

 

 

⊕ Return of demo or defective devices

Please complete and sign the following document and Email it to Techhotline@inheco.com

The signed RMA document including given INHECO RMA number must be attached to the outside of your return package.

Otherwise your package will not be opened at INHECO.

You will receive our RMA number within one business day after receipt of the completed form.

It is important that you read our rules & procedures in our RMA Policy and Guidelines

⊕ Return of IMP for re-calibration

Please send an order for the kind of calibration you need and follow instructions "return of defective devices".

 

 

 

⊕ Transportation Lock: Mandatory for Incubator Shaker

The transportation lock is obligatory for Incubator Shaker MP and Incubator Shaker DWP transports and to avoid damage of the shaker mount.

 

 

Never return the device without the installed transportation lock. Any damage due to missing or wrongly assembled transportation lock (might be up to 1000.-€)  has to be paid by the demo unit user.
