  •  INHECO product number of device (to be found on label)
  •  INHECO product name of device (to be found on label)
  •  INHECO serial number of device (to be found on label)
  •  Detailed error description

  •  Information about setup of devices:

    • Integrated in which workstation?
    • Controlled by software of workstation or INHECO software?
    • Controlled by controller "MTC" or "STC" ?(provide product no. & serial no. of MTC or STC)
