Günter Tenzler

CEO
Günter started his career as an Assistant Professor at the Technical University of Munich, specializing in Thermodynamics and Heat and Mass transfer, he then joined AMS Thermotech and led their customised solutions department. He founded Inheco in 2000 after recognising the opportunities to further develop and deliver Thermodynamic and heat transfer solutions for Industrial applications. Over the past 25 years, Günter has grown Inheco into a leading manufacturer of highly engineered and innovative Lab-tech products. His role is to ensure that our company is focussed on achieving our mission of providing the best lab tech products for automated liquid handling platforms.

Steven Williams

CFO

Steven has 15 years of leadership experience in corporate finance, banking and consulting. He is responsible for all financial aspects of Inheco's operations as well as oversight of the People & Culture and Legal Department. Steven's financial skills and strong leadership capabilities enable him to flexibly steer Inheco in a high-growth environment and ensure profitable growth.

Christian George

Christian has over 20 years of research and product development experience in laboratory automation. He held R&D leadership responsibilities across software, algorithm and instrument hardware development. He is responsible for all aspects of the product development lifecycle, driving performance, efficiency and effectiveness of engineering and product development team.

Bernd Schwenk is an accomplished Chief Information Officer with more than 25 years of international leadership experience in IT strategy, digital transformation, enterprise applications, and infrastructure management. Bernd combines deep technical expertise with proven success in driving business value through innovation, cloud technologies, ERP transformation, automation, and organizational change. His leadership style is collaborative and business-oriented, focusing on empowering teams, fostering cross-functional alignment, and translating technology innovation into measurable business outcomes.
