Answers to common issues
Instrument is leaking from within the housing, fan not running, pump not running => contact techhotline@inheco.com for replacement.

Easy to integrate
The cooling liquid circuit of the HeatExchanger and the liquid cooled MTC/STC instrument are closed for transport by the quick-release couplings. Disconnect the quick couplings of the Heat Exchanger and liquid cooled MTC/STC instrument by a small ring pulled back. This causes the quick-release to pop open. When the quick-release couplings are disconnected, the internal water lock of both, the HeatExchanger and MTC cooled instrument, is automatically closed so that no significant amount of coolant can run out.

- liquid cooling level too low
- liquid cooling level too low due to leakage
- fan of Heat Exchgner is not running
- pump of Heat Exchanger is not running
- refill the cooling liquid according to manual
- check the system for leakage (e.g. at the connectors of the device, at the quick connectors at the hose, or directly at the Heat Exchanger)
- measure time to cool or use the Inheo Measurement Plate to check the cooling rate. If it is really not sufficient and refilling did not solve the issue contact techhotline@inheco.com to discuss repair options
