Ensure and verify the temperature, humidity and shaking pattern for any ANSI/SLAS format device with the all-in-one Inheco Measurement Plate (IMP).

The cordless IMP is a stand-alone verification tool that can be used to check and test devices made by Inheco or other manufacturers. The IMP is easy to use and install in closed incubators and readers. Use it for quality control checks and verification of accuracy for all makes of flat incubators, heaters and shakers, whether integrated into liquid handling decks or stand-alone devices.

Verify and record your instruments’ temperature, humidity and shaking including pattern, RPM & amplitude. The IMP software enables a thorough analysis of the temperature, humidity and shaking performance for your devices. Adjust the measurement profile for each run be setting and fine-tuning your selected parameters before testing. It’s quick to export your data as a CSV file for further analysis and QC reporting.

The IMP measures temperature using 10 sensors distributed over the flat measurement area, including the 4 corners, the center and random positions in between. Another sensor records ambient temperature and ambient humidity. A three-axis acceleration sensor measures the shaking speed, amplitude and pattern. Its cordless design makes the IMP as reliable for checking closed systems as open ones.

The IMP can be used between 4 °C and 60 °C in closed systems, and at up to 100 °C for open systems. It’s designed to be easily handled and automated for use with common gripper systems. Inheco supplies adapters to ensure correct thermal contact between the device plate and the IMP.

We recommend an annual re-calibration from an accredited calibration laboratory for your IMP. Contact Inheco tech support to arrange re-calibration.
